For its extensive body modifications, Mansory relies on modern production processes and uses the material carbon, which is both ultra-light and also highly stable, along with the highly resistant material polyurethane-RIM. Front-or rear apron, side skirts, bonnet or mudguards, which extend the vehicle by 60 mm in the front and 80 mm in the back, are all parts produced in lightweight design. The carbon bonnet, for example, is hardened under immense pressure and high temperatures in autoclave.

The Mansory broad version combines elaborate aerodynamics wrapped into a spectacular appearance: large air inlets at the newly designed front render perfect fresh air ventilation for the engine. Striking daytime running lights increase the passive security and enhance the dynamic look.
